Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the products and services provided by Anchor Software Solutions, including Patient Sign-In and DocRooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Product Usage
You agree to use our software only for its intended purpose—managing workflow and patient flow in outpatient clinics. You must not attempt to compromise the system's security, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any illegal activities. The account administrator is responsible for all activity occurring under the clinic's account.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anchor Software Solutions is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.
